a. Driver, Owner and Crew for the following Series:
i. NASCAR Grand National Series, East
ii. NASAR Grand National Series, West
iii. NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour
iv. NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour
v. NASCAR Whelen All-American Series
b. NASCAR Employees
